Last week I finally upgraded my Yahoo Sponsored Search account to the new system. Some of the features are better than the old while others are somewhat frustrating. I don’t understand why they don’t sum up your total spending for all campaigns on the front page (like Google AdWords does) for your quick site stats.

Daily when I’m computing my previous day’s campaigns, it sucks to have to add up each line on my ten-key calculator. They need to add this functionality. Overall, the reporting/stats are much quicker now, but I don’t know why they dropped the sum total.

I’ve yet to launch a new campaign using the new interface yet. I’ve made some bid adjustments, but that’s about it. I’ll probably launch a new one in the next few weeks to test it out.
